Jaime Masters
Integrative Business CoachLet me be direct – business ownership is one of the most potent catalysts for personal evolution I’ve ever encountered (besides parenting and relationships!). Every challenge, every setback, every victory exposes your patterns, triggers your fears, and presents raw opportunities for growth – if you have the courage to look deeper.
We’re in an era where change isn’t just constant – it’s accelerating. AI and technology are transforming how we do business, yes. But the real transformation isn’t about the tools – it’s about you. The old “set it and forget it” approaches to business are dead. Your ability to stay grounded while evolving isn’t just helpful anymore – it’s essential for survival.
You can keep pushing harder, trying to outrun change. Or you can do the deeper work of becoming someone who thrives in uncertainty. Someone who leads from wholeness, not wounds.
WHO I SERVE I work with high-performing leaders who’ve mostly mastered the external game but know something’s missing. You’re the one everyone looks to for answers. Your team, your industry, your family – they see your strength, your drive, your ability to make things happen. The world calls you successful. But inside? That’s a different story.
THE REAL CHALLENGE Here’s what I’ve learned from interviewing over 500 millionaires and coaching countless leaders: outer success without inner alignment creates a special kind of suffering. You can have the multi-million dollar business, the dream team, the accolades – and still feel restless, unfulfilled, disconnected.
Sounds familiar?
- You’re constantly optimizing, pushing for faster results from everyone around you
- You believe there’s a “perfect strategy” out there that could prevent future mistakes
- Work isn’t just about success anymore – it’s your escape from slowing down
- You take vacations but spend half of them dreading the return
- Leadership feels increasingly lonely because showing vulnerability seems too risky
- The rapid pace of AI and technological change both excites and terrifies you
MY JOURNEY
I intimately understand the achiever’s trap, because I built myself a fortress inside it. That constant push for more, the endless optimization, the belief that the next level would finally make it better – I lived it all. When people told me I worked too much, I’d laugh it off with “But I LOVE it!”
Coming from a small town in Maine, I chased external success like my life depended on it. I threw myself into achievement, graduating early and climbing the corporate ladder to six figures by 22. I bought my first house at 19, second at 22, thinking I was nailing this success thing. At 24, I found an amazing mentor, quit corporate, and dove into entrepreneurship – determined to conquer that mountain too.
By 35, my drive had created something I never expected: a thriving coaching business and a podcast interviewing millionaire entrepreneurs about what really works. It exploded beyond my wildest dreams – hundreds of interviews with self-made millionaires, major media features, international speaking, a book deal, sold-out retreats and masterminds. My network expanded to include some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world, with a constant waitlist of millionaires wanting to share their stories.
But achievement didn’t equal fulfillment. Years of pushing led to divorce and chronic pain so severe doctors said they’d only seen it in textbooks. I was completely disconnected from my emotions, treating them as inefficient distractions from “real” work.
THE TRANSFORMATION What followed was a decade-long deep dive into healing – over 100 therapists, coaches, trainers, and doctors. Countless books, daily meditation, 22 ayahuasca ceremonies, and various other modalities. Not because I was broken, but because I was ready to evolve beyond the push-harder paradigm.
Today, the restlessness is gone. I’ve found peace without losing my edge. Most friends and family “don’t know how I do it all” – but now it comes from alignment rather than force. That overthinking, strategizing mind that never used to quiet down? It’s found its proper place in service of deeper wisdom.
THE PATTERN PROTOCOLâ„¢ Through almost 2 decades of guiding high-performers through transformation, I’ve distilled success down to three core phases:
- Assessment + Pattern Recognition We’re not as unique as we think. Your responses to business challenges follow predictable patterns, shaped by deep programming and generational imprints. Using proven methods, we’ll uncover the hidden beliefs sabotaging your success.
- Action – Business waits for no one. Markets shift. Teams change. Plans derail. Instead of fighting chaos, we’ll use these disruptions to identify your default responses and build better ones. Every challenge becomes a pathway to mastery.
- Adaptation – Keys of Adaptation – Mastery Real transformation isn’t about quick fixes – it’s about rewiring your operating system. We’ll focus on five critical areas:
- Recalibration: Reset tools for high-stakes moments
- Repair: Fast-track recovery strategies
- Resilience: Expanding capacity, not tolerance
- Rituals + Routines: Practices that stick
- Refinement: Continuous optimization that works
This isn’t just another framework – it’s a battle-tested approach for leaders ready to evolve beyond the push-harder paradigm. Every phase builds on the last, creating sustainable change that transforms both your business and your life.
THE FUTURE OF LEADERSHIP The world doesn’t need more burned-out achievers. It needs integrated leaders who can build sustainable success while staying deeply connected to themselves, their purpose, and their people. Your team needs this too – someone who can guide them through constant change while maintaining focus on revenue and profit that keeps everyone employed and thriving. True leadership isn’t about choosing between compassion and results – it’s about mastering both.
Ready to become one of them?
My Approach
My philosophy is based on three core steps: Assessment + Inquiry, Perspective Shift, and Integration.
In the Assessment + Inquiry stage, we’ll work together to uncover the false beliefs that may be holding you and your business back. These beliefs can be deeply ingrained, but by identifying them, we can begin to address them and move forward.
In the Perspective Shift stage, we’ll focus on identifying what you truly want, rather than what society or external factors may be telling you to want. By shifting your perspective and understanding your true values, we can create a plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs and goals.
Finally, in the Integration stage, we’ll work to integrate your new knowledge and perspective into your business practices. This may involve creating new habits, overcoming old patterns, and fine-tuning your feedback loop to create lasting change.
Throughout this process, I will be there to support you every step of the way. Coaching can be challenging, but the rewards are tremendous. By developing a more compassionate and attuned approach to both your business and yourself, you’ll be able to achieve greater success and fulfillment than you ever thought possible.
